This app acts as a traditional field guide for 109 butterfly species that are commonly found in Pennsylvania. The butterflies can be sorted by "Group" (subfamilies) so that only butterflies in that "Group" are visible, or all butterflies can be sorted by commonality.
Each butterfly has a picture that reflects how the butterfly rests (and how it will most likely be viewed) along with their scientific name and facts about them.
